Tell me when it opensWhat to expect
A calm, practical conversation
Before we talk
Note your height, how you sleep, any aches, and your bed or room measurements.
Together
We go through firmness grades, zoned cores, pillows and woods until the choice feels right. Take your time.
Afterwards
We follow up by email with a written quote and answers to anything you’re still weighing up.
Who you’ll talk to
Talk it through with Jimmy
Jimmy founded The Organic Home Store. He’ll take you through the ranges, what goes into each one and what they cost, and he’ll tell you honestly if something isn’t right for you.
It’s a good fit if you’re unsure which mattress is right for you, you’re sensitive to synthetic materials, or you want a long-term solution rather than a quick purchase.
Tell us how you’d like to meet
Video or phone, and the days and times that suit you. We’ll confirm your consultation, usually within one working day.
